Application:
The hard wadding/stiff wadding is used for making mattress.
The soft wadding is used for quilts,comforters,furnitures etc.
Thermal bonding production line is applicable for producing a variety of products like mattress, wadding, insulation material, stiff wadding, soft wadding, hard wadding, thick felt etc. Some low melt fiber like PET or PP are mixed as binder.
