Application:
LBZJ-01 is a high density ultrafine heavy water jet loom,adapt to a wide range,especiallyin high densty,high weight,utrafine fabric, Adapt to the weaving of most fabrics; such as Ultra-fine denier, ultra-high density blackout fabric, airbag fabric, etc. Also with high speed,high efficiency,extremely stability operation capability. It has also been greatly improved in terms of waterproofing, and can be widely used in the weaving of various fabrics. The maximum speed can reach 1200RPM. This model can match machine weft storage device,electronic weft storage device,multi-jet,cam openings devices,dobby opening device. Taking 75D fabric as an example, the highest weft density is 80 shuttles/cm (205 threads per inch).

It uses a short stroke to beat the weft, suitable for high-speed weaving while minimizing the damage of the reed to the fabric. The reduction of the fabric take-up roller thorn cloth length from the mouth helps to decrease the spring back and enhance the stability of the textile export. The rack has increased longitudinal support to improve its stability. With an eccentric shaft structure, it reduces vibration during beating. It offers 1-4 color crank opening or crank 6 linkage configuration. It also has a stable beam tension structure with negative slack. Additionally, the line of position is reduced by 40mm in height, not only lowering the loom's focus but also improving stability and ease of operation.
