Product Description

Use and characteristics:
To mix opened fiber and transfer the even cotton layer to next procedure.Photo electric constant-weight control and vibrating plate make the feeding quantity even and accurate.
This machine is used to loosen and mix the already loosened fiber, process it into even cotton for next procedures. Feeding in ration by volume style, controlled by photo sensors, with convenient adjustment,accurate and even cotton supply.

Main Features:

After pre-opening and removing impurities, all kinds of different fibers are sent into the cotton mixing box through the cotton conveying pipe, and conveyed through the corner nail curtain. The cotton conveying channel falls into the carding machine and feeds into the curtain, which is controlled by photoelectric quantitative control.

1) Adjustable volume storage and quantitative vibration to output fiber.
2) photoelectric quantitative control and vibration plate, to give a uniform and accurate amount of cotton.
3) Beater is spiked structure and two ends are equipped with tangling proof device.
